Victor Lopez
Founder & Managing Principal
As Founder and Managing Principal of Legacy Bridge Construction, Mr. Lopez leads the firm’s strategic growth and oversees all aspects of daily operations. He is responsible for driving business development, forging key partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects across the multifamily, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

With a focus on operational excellence and long-term value creation, Mr. Lopez is committed to positioning Legacy Bridge as a trusted leader in Florida’s construction industry. His leadership is defined by a commitment to quality, strong client relationships, and delivering meaningful impact through every project.
Dr. Mahmoud Madkour
Licensed Engineer & General Contractor
Dr. Mahmoud Madkour is a licensed professional engineer, certified general contractor, and LEED® Accredited Professional with over 30 years of global experience in civil, structural, and forensic engineering. Prior to entering the private sector, he served 25 years with the State of Florida, culminating as Lead Engineer, where he directed major infrastructure projects and upheld the highest technical and regulatory standards.

At Legacy Bridge Construction, Dr. Madkour oversees all technical operations, delivering complex projects with precision, efficiency, and full code compliance. Renowned for his integrity and technical leadership, he combines deep engineering expertise with a commitment to sustainable, high-performance design.

He holds a Ph.D. in Water Quality and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, and a B.S. in Structural Engineering from Ain Shams University.
Jose Collado
Construction Planning Manager
Jose Collado is an accomplished construction professional with over five years of experience managing residential and commercial projects across Florida. As Construction Planning Manager at Legacy Bridge Construction, he leads project teams with a focus on precision, efficiency, and quality execution.

He has directed complex post-disaster restorations and brings deep expertise in permitting, risk management, value engineering, and vendor coordination. His background spans international markets, having overseen multimillion-dollar developments across Latin America, Asia, and the U.S.
Alan Proano
Project Manager
Alan Proaño serves as Project Manager at Legacy Bridge Construction, where he oversees the successful planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects across Florida. With a strong background in field operations, contractor management, and project scheduling, Alan brings a hands-on approach to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, Alan works closely with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to drive results and maintain clear communication throughout every phase of the project lifecycle. His expertise spans multifamily, commercial, and government sectors, and he plays a key role in upholding Legacy Bridge’s reputation for excellence, safety, and accountability on every job site.
