As Founder and Managing Principal of Legacy Bridge Construction, Mr. Lopez leads the firm’s strategic growth and oversees all aspects of daily operations. He is responsible for driving business development, forging key partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects across the multifamily, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

Kency Mocombe
Licensed General Contractor
As the firm’s General Contractor, Mr. Mocombe oversees all permitting, regulatory compliance, and project execution across Legacy Bridge Construction’s portfolio. He leads day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
As the Founder of Architektons General Contracting, Mr. Mocombe brings extensive experience in the institutional construction sector, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects for hospitals, universities, and large-scale facilities. His background in highly regulated environments provides the firm with disciplined oversight, technical expertise, and operational excellence across every phase of construction.
Dr. Mahmoud Madkour
Licensed Engineer
Dr. Mahmoud Madkour is a licensed professional engineer, certified general contractor, and LEED® Accredited Professional with over 30 years of global experience in civil, structural, and forensic engineering. Prior to entering the private sector, he served 25 years with the State of Florida, culminating as Lead Engineer, where he directed major infrastructure projects and upheld the highest technical and regulatory standards.
